You are like a cheap old record, 78 and cracked..

shrapnel,

What happened in your life? I don't remember you acting so immature in the past.

The man has many Swarovski scopes and has never had issues, what do you expect him to say?

I expect an adult to act adult. So I expect him to do what some others have done. They tell their story without belittling other posters.
He apparently has many beautiful rifles. I'm very glad he doesn't have trouble with Swarovski. I was hoping for the same thing when I
purchased the four z5's I tried. I had the same results with Burris and Simmons. If someone asked about them I would tell my
experience. I don't bad mouth posters who dislike Leupold or Bushnell or Tasco.

No, you just continue to contribute nothing but negative comments about Swarovski scopes and get your feelings hurt when you are challenged on your continual negative rants. You use the most juvenile comparisons on measuring optic quality. There isn’t anyone in North America that doesn’t know you have had a bunch of Z-5 scopes that didn’t only fail once but multiple times. I don’t know which is dumber, for you to continue with your worthless analysis or the fact you were stupid enough to have a failure with one Z-5 and then to go and buy more of them...

Apparently you didn't get it. The fourth one failed. As far as the comparisons go, I am really into good glass. The z8i definitely has better than the z5 and z6. Also I want the reticle to move the correct amount when sighting in. If a scope is not better than what I already have, I note it and post my results.

The idea my feelings get hurt is quite funny. One has to respect the person before they can be hurt by them.

I would get the nightforce and the forceplex reticle. I don't know anything about swarovski but I do know the nightforce has a reputation for being tough. The one I have and the one I had both NXS scopes 2.5-10 x 42 and had 1-4 x 24 are good to go. The 1-4 was abused, I believe you could drive tent pegs with it, but the optics were not so great. The 2.5 -10 has much better optics and retains the toughness.

No. They have a 3 year no questions asked “Passport” warranty, then a lifetime limited warranty. Some demos come with the full warranty, Others come with a 10year limited warranty. I bought a pair of demo Noctivid binos from Doug that came with the full warranty. My understanding is that they are really upping their game in terms of customer service.
