In my job (lawyer) I run across psychopaths pretty regular (some of them lawyers, most of them defendants). You can always tell the psychopath by the lack of self awareness, especially with regard to how they think they are impressing people with tall tales, or tales of mundane activities that for some reason strike the psychopath as being something an ordinary person can't do. I won't point fingers here, but I'd say shooting cattle and bragging about the "hunt" is classic psychopathic behaviour.
Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.

Including Water buffalo and Cape buffalo? Any wild/feral bovine or just certain bovines? Vancouver, Watusi? Bison/buffalo? Yak, Muskox? Zebu? scrub Bulls in Australia?? don't leave us hanging. Im betting you have killed loads of all these animals with a bow (hence no big deal and easy to do) These guys could use a voice of bovine bowhunting experience to teach them a thing or too.
