Why is it necessary to be a member of a prediction cult as a prerequisite to be a true patriot?

And why is posting and agreeing with something or someone a cult? It has become quite evident that "Q" is attached to and has POTUS's blessing and now the claim is that it is a cult? So Pres. Trump is a cult? or is it just those who follow what he and Military Intel say?
