The Gary and Dave, that I was reffering to are Dave Talley (founder) and Gary Turner(President) of Talley Mfg. (307) 436 - 8724, located in Glenrock, WY. the makers of the one piece ring and base that cost handy $35.00. I think there is a thread here somewhere discussing the new Talley offering.
