A "real" war would normally need the usual Congress 2/3rds to pass, but that is only in a real declared war situation. There have only been 5 declared wars in US history. The last one was WWII. Every war since has been by direct of the President under the name conflict. Then you have the "Continuity of Government" amendment and note that Pres. Bush jr. enacted that one during 9-11, then there's the Patriot Act, Homeland Security, and of course that one, Homeland Security or in its real name, "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive" is a real eye opener. "The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security Presidential Directive NSPD 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, sometimes called simply "Executive Directive 51" for short), signed by President of the United States George W. Bush on May 4, 2007, is a Presidential Directive establishing a comprehensive policy on the federal government structures and operations in the event of a "catastrophic emergency". Such an emergency is defined as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions." [1]" .....................Notice the emergencies listed. Pretty broad use of emergencies in order to circumvent Congress. And look who signed it.
Don't forget "Military Orders".................." Military Order. Twelve military orders were issued between 1939 and 1948. No such directives were published in the Federal Register until 2001, when George W. Bush issued a controversial military order on the detention, treatment, and trial by military tribunals of noncitizens alleged to be terrorists.[43][44]" Terrorists is the key word.
And quoting Whip: " Remember at the SOTU speech when he talked about terrorists being declared enemy combatants."

Now reread what the Executive Order states.........................

All of the contingencies for a Pres. to declare a National Emergency under FEMA, the Homeland Security Act, the Patriot Act, and the COG act are all there. Adding amendments to the UCMJ allowing Military Tribunals for civilians arrested of Treason and Sedition gives the Military the power to try civilians under those stated circumstances.
Whether we think its a good thing or a bad thing doesn't matter, the deed is done. And notice that once again, Pres. Trump is using some of the resolutions enacted by Deep State directed Presidents, Congressmen, and Senators against them. Many of these resolution type laws have a limited time span, so unless they are reenacted or voted on, they cease to continue.
We could go on and on with this debate on "declared" war, but it won't go any where because of all the back doors created by former Gov. employees. There will be Military Tribunals after Jan. 1 2019 and civilians will be prosecuted under treasonous and seditious acts against the Government. That is where this false FISA and election fraud is heading to.

There is a plan in place and they are moving in accordance with it. As I follow what is going on it sure is a great plan and is working very well. Probably would have been a lot of innocent bystanders dead and the culprits off partying somewhere with a lot of high fives and pats on the back, and we would still be rotting away as a country.
I must say that if all of us were right in our analogy of how this should be going down, then why aren't we up there in swamp country directing the draining? Any volunteers? Anyone of us impatient do gooders patriots with the perfect plan ready to go? Since none of us want to take the time out of our very important schedules and head to DC with our great 100% fool proof plan then maybe we should be satisfied with sending prayers and words of encouragement.
It is very apparent that not many even know the names of the puppet masters let alone the swamp creatures. Years back when I was pro active it was sure lonely. We knew those around the country who were also pro active and had links to each other, but it still was damn few. So few that after (X) amount years, some deaths and old age, we became very few and very discouraged. Seen a lot of lips moving but no fruit.
Like everyone here I am now regulated to the Internet with practically no physical support for those willing to stand right up in the front line and take the hits. I applaud and take my hat off to them. To the Trumps who are willing to put their money where their mouth is.
