Oh yeah I put a spoonful in while it's cooking but trust me....between the Anduiolle and the Cajun Seasoning it's plenty hot as is.....I'm talking make your scalp sweat hot....or in other words...just right.

I see you followed my advice in the peach thread Lunch - Peaches & basil leaf, wrapped in Prosciutto & grilled on the "Q", then drizzled with Balsamic glaze ! FYI nice dinner. Obvious you really love your much better looking half.

Obvious you really love your much better looking half. It was basically, because my bacon was too thick to wrap with. Couldn't even wrap the green beans properly. Of course, by then, I had used the Prosciutto on the peaches !

Picked it up right when we moved here from a Mexican pottery place. It's made deep in Mexico by hand. It cooks really well....
It's half oven/grill but I just use it as a direct grill.... It's pretty freaking cool. It's had a "few" fires in it....
