That Flobert is probably a 9mm rimfire shotgun. Google will tell you all about it.

I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally

So I guess there is a limit to how many pictures you can post? Yes, you can only put 6 pictures in any one post. Just cut and paste up to the next six into a "reply" post, like this. Nice guns, btw. 4. JC Higgins 51 (FN) This hurts to go but I have too many! Shoots great with my 150 gr Interlock reloads. Redfield base with the nifty built in peep included. If you want the scope we can talk, $475+shipping 5, Browning BL-22: Great shape. Few light speckles on the metal. $425 +shipping

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Re: the Flobert, this may help. https://www.americanrifleman.org/articles/2014/3/27/flobert-rifles/Apparently it's a wall hanger. It would be an attractive addition to one's wall or above one's fireplace. I bought one at a trade day two divorces back. I have no idea where it is these days. :-) Regarding the S&W presentation box, I will take it for $50 shipped. PM inbound. T.S.

That type of Flobert, according to Frank de Haas' single shot book, is the strongest version and can handle the 9mm shot ctg. in its original loadings just fine, also the round ball load for that ctg. Trouble is that these little shotshells, while still made in Europe, can be hard to find this side of the pond. And I'm not sure whether de Haas is referring to the "real originals" (blackpowder) or the ones that were still around in his time loaded with smokeless. The current Fiocchi shells are smokeless, of course--I have an Italian friend who has a modern Bernardelli "garden gun" for this cartridge that he uses on pests and rabbits on his hobby farm. It's an autoloader!

Think the Flobert is traded. No love for the 45 Hawken?

If the flobert isn't gone, let me know. My grandad had one like that. I still have some rimfire ammo for it somewhere. My uncle supposedly killed a damn nice buck with it in the 40's. It was a .32 rimfire but looked identical to yours.
