I say the same thing every time these political threads come up.

Let the Democrats on this board own up to it.

Funny, I can't either. I reached voting age in the first year of Ronald Reagan's first term. Seeing the results of the overall well being of the country improve after watching it swirl around the turlet bowl during the scumbag peanut farmer's term was enough to convince me that democraps were absolute poison.

Of course, the scumbag peanut farmer was just, naive, incompetent and stupid, unlike a malicious scumbag Marxist Kenyan.

Plus the vast majority of democraps that I knew then, that were the hippies, traitors and agitators of the late 60s and early 70s were people that I couldn't even respect as human beings. The old school democraps were more or less Roosevelt/New Deal democraps that were actually pretty decent patriotic folks.

It isn’t the party of JFK anymore. More like the KGB now.

I voted Republican except for one state office and I voted Libertarian for that just because I can't bring myself to vote Dem.

Funny stories about the Beto sidewalk vultures outside the polling places cropping up. I had one yesterday start "I'm a teacher". I just looked at her and said "I don't care" and kept on walking. My wife's boss had one say "vote Beto". She stopped and looked at the person and said "no".

I predict O'Rourke will lose by double digit numbers because of the over saturation.

.......... EXACTLY.................. These people wouldn't have anything to do with any JFK-like person or concept nowadays..... I can only recall voting for one democrat in my life... For state senate about 10 or 12 years ago and a few years later he basically gave up on being a democrat; told the dems he wasn't interested in their crap anymore and became a republican. Even when he was a democrat he never seemed to fit in with those people.

I might have voted for Frank Church once upon a time. But I can not remember voting for a Dem in the last thirty years anyway.

Same here. My wife gave me grief but I told her Texas was going for Bush anyway so it didn't matter.

I voted in my first election, a Presidential election in 1980. I pulled straight Republican and have ever since. Democrats have gone from bad to dangerous to the country.

JFK would be run out of the Democrat Convention if he gave a speech listing his goals. They act like JFK was so great because he was a Dem., but his policy was as Conservative as the Bushes, and even more so. This current bunch of whiney Socialist pukes would throw rocks at JFK, and ban him from colleges across the country.

I once voted for a democrat, Cecil Andrus, for Idaho governor. I figured any guy who gets kicked in the head by a mule while loading a dead elk, and survives, deserves my vote. These days, I wouldn't vote for a democrat for dog catcher. They are indistinguishable from communists at this point.

An awful lot of Republicans are Democrats who had to run as a red because they couldn't get elected as a blue. Voting on party lines is just stupid.

If you vote for the lesser of two evils, you are the reason for the current condition of government. Vote for representation, even if it means voting third party. Vote for term limitation, even if it means voting for the other team. Anything else simply supports continued corruption and decay of government.

MAGAMF!!

It was never a party issue when I started voting. I always voted for the person.

I’m not proud to say I’m voting a straight ticket, I’m pissed.
