Just kidding, I told you so.
Texans are so stupid they can't even predict Texas.

That outsiders can come in with 70 million dollars and buy, or nearly buy a seat this important is the scary part.
Conservatives need to get a new game plan.
Sadly, with high school graduates barfing more and more liberals into society continuously, it's only a matter of time until our whole country is lost.

Cruz has the likability of a Texas preacher and was grossly outspent. Yet he still won.
I see that as a testament to how red Texas is.

I see that as a testament to how red Texas is. It is. But it's scary that money buys cities. That where the votes are. How long until they outvote us in every election all the time?

Again, I see Texas as proof that the votes are not just in the cities.
Lots of blue states like to blame their cities. The fact is their rural areas are filled with dumb fugk white liberals.

What I don't understand are these places where they have one Democratic Senator that wins overwhelmingly and a Republican Senator that does the same. Or two Senators of one party and a Governor of another. Aren't t the same people voting for all of them?
The only thing worse than a liberal is a liberal that thinks they're a conservative.

Plenty of Libs here and also dumbazzes that want free stuff. Can't get rid of Manchin despite his gun control position, in a state with Castle and permitless concealed-carry.
What fresh Hell is this?

That's classic southern thinking. He's from there and talks conservative. Even votes conservative on occasion. That's all the excuse a W. Virginian needs to stay Dem.
And believe me, dumb fugk southerners PRAY for reasons to stay Dem.

Texans, and their satellite states of Oklahoma and Arkansas, are still inclined to vote for the Candidate rather than the Party. Were it not for the crazy-assed National Democrats, you would see Conservative Democrats making inroads in the Statehouses in these three states.

Yeah. Rush has been talking about those type of voters since the early 90's.
They're called idiots.

as the demographics of this country change, we'll see more and more conservative candidates lose.
Politicians like Ryan, in an effort to retain power would choose to change the party platform to adopt more progressive changes like open borders and immigration reform in an effort to win over moderates and latinos. That was the direction we were heading before Trump showed up. Rick Rubio (and lets be honest, Cruz was too) was positioning himself to be the next generation of minority focused conservatives leading the party
This is why its so important for Trump to push the anchor baby issue to the supreme court and to get some long term strategy in place for border security
Otherwise this will be the last election where any politician fights back against the changing demographics of this country.

They're called idiots. That they are! It seems like some of the worst Commies won, or damn near won too. They aren't just liberal. They are full blown, batschidt crazy Commies. Evidently a LOT of our voter base wants batschidt crazy Commies.

I see that as a testament to how red Texas is. So do I. $100M and the dims couldn't get Bet-off in. Hope that put a nice big dent in their piggy banks.

An anti-gun, open-borders Socialist just came within two points of becoming a Senator in Texas. $70 million is pocket change for Soros. Texas Senator John Cornyn is up for reelection in 2020.
For now a brief respite, it hits the fan all over again in 2020.
