Today I just bought a 6 digit Winchester, 100xxx. It's nothing special, has the plastic synthetic stock
And the boss system. Says model 70 classic on the barrel.

Also if someone could tell me a time frame of when it would have been made that would be awesome.

Edited to add: ignorant of me forgot to say, it's a .30 06 and looks brand new.

Blued or stainless?

(Does it say classic stainless or classic SM or simply classic?)

$500-$750 depending on above.

All I can say is holy cow! I have not scoped it yet because I'm not sure what I want on it.
But I did shoot it, and have never shot a rifle with a muzzle brake before.

I really am astounded at how soft the recoil is, honestly feels less than my full size .243.
Action is extremely smooth, I think it needs some talley fixed steel rings, and maybe my
leupold 2-7 on top.
