COLEMAN SPORTCAT catalytic heaters??
I keep 1 in every stand for the rare days it’s cold here in south Texas and was looking to buy a few more but @@@@ these things are like gold!!
I know I paid maybe 25 bucks for these things and now absolutely no place has them online
Google keeps sending me to the eBay and they are 149.00

These things rare or illegal now or what??

If they are getting that much for them I’m gonna go roundup the few dozen I have and sell them!

I’m gonna go back and look again when I get better service or can get connected to the WiFi off the drilling rig across the pasture.

I was just shocked at the prices. These things aren’t even that good

the Little Buddy heater puts out 3800 BTU and costs well under $100. Made by Mr Heater.

I have one of those. It makes heat in an ice fishing hut.

The Buddy Heater is a bit larger but puts out more heat than the Little Buddy and costs the same. It also has 2 heat settings.
I use the larger Big Buddy to heat my 23' camp trailer. It'll keep it warm down to near zero.

I have one in a 4X6 shooting house, and it works so good that I have to turn it off sometimes, as it gets too warm.

Especially when the low is in the mid-40’s.

We find old fashioned wall heaters that were used in bathrooms.

They work well when needed and for a long time when hooked up to a large propane bottle. laugh

I've used these and they are very functional.

I used a buddy in a nylon tent to keep the water jug from freezing, got down to 5. It was warm enough to sponge bathe that morning. We slept in a camper, use the tent for extra storage. Some claim the sensor in them won't work over 7000 feet, but I have used mine and nephew has his at 10500, a tent breathes more. I also have an old Black Cat, and a little bottle top thing from KMart that fits on a throwaway bottle. The advantage (or disadvantage) of the buddy is a pilot light and an O2 sensor. The cat and little one doesn't have any protection for gassing yourself.

Some of this stuff is in such demand that they can jack up prices.
