Whitaker has declassed the fisa documents for congress. Correction, Q has said that Whitaker has declassed these documents. Big difference. Remember, it was Q that said Sessions turned over the unredacted McCabe Memos to congress which never happened, so you do the math. Time for you to look it up yourself. It's on this thread, take the time to read your own posts. Obama's EO has nothing to do with this lawsuit. Sessions filed a lawsuit against President Trump stating that declassifying the FISA documents would interfear with the Mueller investigation, therefore would constitute "Obstruction of Justice". Notice O of J is not listed in Obama's EO. At the 17:50 mark she explains how the "closed door" hearings with Comey will be......as Comey can't claim "National Security" as a reason not to answer questions. She left out a couple Major issues here. 1) Comey isn't going to testify behind closed doors according to his attorney. He will delay until the new congress is sworn in, or just refuse to show up, take his contempt of congress rap and wait for the New congress to undo the charges. 2) If he does show up, he can just plead the 5th. If they are relying on Comey's behind door testimony as the beginning of this destruction of the House of Cards, they are going to be extremely disappointed.
