The only reason to size the bullets is if they won't chamber. Personally I'd make up a dummy to verify that the .430" bullet will chamber, and if that's the case I won't size them as I prefer my bullets to be 0.001" over bore diameter.

If they don't chamber, then I'd have the cylinders honed to .4305". To me that's a double benefit, I don't have to spend the time sizing bullets, and I would expect an improvement in accuracy.
