Its becoming known as a tourist destination. Never have I seen so many gas pumps at one place. One can eat, shop and on the way out, buy deer feeders and corn for them...

They are very pro gun... And pro hunting. AND as a bonus, they don't let 18 wheelers into their property.

Wife and I took a cruise out of Galveston two years ago. Our shuttle driver on the ride from Houston Hobby to Galveston asked if we had ever had Beaver Nuggets? Then he went on a long endorsement of Buc-ees. He pleaded with us to allow him to stop. We agreed and didn't regret it. Snagged about four bags of nuggets and several selections from the jerky bar. Most of it was eaten by the second day of the cruise. Great stuff!

I stop at the one in Giddings when I go to the deer lease. I buy a couple bags of that damn taffee.

At the grand opening of Buc-ee in Terrell, TX, there was a very large dark skinned sister, that had both arms full of bags of Beaver Nuggets. I asked her if those were pretty good, and she responded that " They weren't anything she liked better than them Buc-ee Turds".
Personally, I always stop to get the fresh Ice Tea, and I like the cheese and pork loin snacks
The Terrell Buc-ee's has 210 gas pumps if I counted correctly and over 50 urinals in the men's room. I can't tell you if they have potty parity in the ladies side or not, but I have never seen a line out the door on their side.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost....

The restrooms are clean, even the gas pumps are cleaned everyday.

I've never eaten it in nugget form. And no,I'm not quite right. Spent 22 years working for MO corrections dept. In uniform. Just hadn't thought about Beaver in that form.
