Also in the same X22 Q-ber video, he states at the 30:08 mark that Whitaker has already Declassed the documents and handed them over to congress.
Which we now know is not true as President Trump said he will not declass unless the Democrats piss him off.
So, again you are correct, Q has not made these specific prediction, those that decode his drops have and I was stupid enough to comment on them as if they had validity.
In the end, it really doesn't matter about "predictions" only truth and the truth is, There will be no [DECLAS] in Dec, no [DECLAS] until well after the new congress is sworn in and that will only happen if the President get pissed at the Democrats.

As far as declassification of the documents, I suspect that there are some Repubs who would be exposed as a result. And I doubt that anyone could be prosecuted for the wrongs they did with regard to the FISA warrants.
