Or Cornbread ! Good grief.....you need to do something about that ASAP. Corn Bread's pretty cut and dry as is Quick Grits but get the Stone Ground. You need to stir them often and no matter what the package says add more water and cook em for at least an hour. Seriously. How do you get that old and never had cornbread. Being a Canuk I can understand the grits part but cornbread? Its like the easiest bread in the world to make. I've only been in Kanuckistan for 13 years, previous 39 as an Aussie bloke. Bloody oath mate !

Cold and snowy here back in the holler so tomorrows dinner will be sourced from our little store. I've made this several times and it's a winner. Quick, easy and a one skillet meal. Woke this fine morning to -26*C + 12km/hr west wind. With wind chill -36*C.
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ! We're at 26 F Dead air and sunshine. I'm an inside dog. I remember my wife and I in our tree stands @ minus 15 F bow hunting and havin' a blast. Oh well. -

I make my own microwave bagged popcorn in a brown lunch bag. Then melt the butter and top with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
The grand kid likes it when we use the air popper or when I make it in a skillet on the range.

When we make popcorn here, it's mostly Jolly Time corn.
