Y’all can go to hell, I’m going to Texas. Leaving early tomorrow morning.
Going hunt again with a buddy on his place in the Panhandle on the Canadian River for 5 days or so. Hoping to let the air out of a few Whitetails again this year.
In the meantime, y’all be sweet and keep a tight line on it.

Just stay away from the Alamo... You beat me to it! If you do go to the Alamo, you need to upgrade. Recommend 8 ea. AR 15, fully auto, with 4 mags for each rifle. BE SURE to post them at the north wall at midnight. You gonna teach Jose a lesson he will not soon forget.

You might get lucky and spot a mulie or two that have wandered over from the NM side. Keep an eye out for arrowheads as the Canadian is full of them.

Good luck with your hunt, have loads of fun, bring home loads of meat. Be sure to have a 6.5 Creedmore to hunt with or all will be in vain.

Biggest white tails I’ve seen in Texas came off the Canadian. Hope you get a good one.
