No it ain't. I have it on good authority that every woman on The View has a titty frog. The tattoo guy had to go over Whoopie's four times before it was visible. Finally, he used florescent green and shined a black light on it to make her satisfied with his work.

She still didn't like it much,...but she had already passed out 3 times during the process,..so she paid him, went home,..and held a sack of frozen peas on it for 2 days.

Generally not in favor of tats on anyone but it's their body. Tats don't look good as years go by. The body is not a good canvas and most of the people practicing body art aren't artist at all.

When a person with dark skin gets a tattoo why don't they use white ink?

Black folks with tattoos are pretty funny. Just looks like a bad skin condition.

I remember my dad saying back when I was a kid that one of his biggest regrets was getting the only tattoo he had, a reddish colored heart with the word "Mom" inside it on his left forearm. He said it originally had had the initials of a old girl friend inside the heart but after they broke up he had her initials covered over with, "Mom". Dad tanned well and always drove with his left arm leaned out the open car window so by the time he was in his late thirties the tattoo was badly fade. For some reason though what dad said about his tattoo stuck in my mind and I've never seriously wanted to get any myself.

As far as tattoos on others, I really couldn't care less, although I do think the type and theme of tattoos and, to an extent, where they are located on their body can reveal a lot about that person and not necessarily what they wanted it to.

My personal opinion about the ever increasing popularity of tattoos in general nowadays is they are just another fashion trend that started in the music and entertainment industry, Hollywood actors, and pro sports, and like so many other fashion trends have, have become a 'IN' thing and copied by the masses.
