Another great year for us! Merry Christmas to all, even the non-believers!
Got a visit from my son and his "minions" yesterday. An especially good year for us since he finally managed (after 12 years) to get custody of his son (my Grandson) from the "egg donor". I won't go into details, but it's very good thing!!!
Hard to imagine it getting any better.

Merry Christmas to all. I got my Lightfoot mount on my 1926 F, 303. Thanks Mike. Now I've got to get my Weaver 4x on it. We have a late 3 day buck season January 4-6. I see my surgeon on January 2nd, and expect him to release me to go hunting. If he doesn't release me, I just won't tell him. If I can get one with the 303 I'll have the Slam in two years. 250 and 300 last year in WV, and the 22HP in WV this year. That will be my BIG Christmas present. Actually my Big present will be spending the day at Grammy's tomorrow. Both of my folks are gone, and we lost Pop a couple years ago. Grammy is 86, still drives and plays bridge. We fix the meal at our house and then take everything to her house. I guess my titanium knee is a bleassing too, I'm on day 19 and can do pretty much everything, Still need to get more range of motion bending it. I can stick it out straight as a poker. I'm miles ahead of where I was when I got my left one done 3 years ago.
I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

All my best to all the Savage loonies out there, especially those I got a chance to meet at Savage Fest Wisconsin. We really had a great time, and are hoping this happens again in the upper midwest so we can attend. Merry Christmas guys.
