Slice them up real thin then saute in a small amount of bacon grease with a pinch of thyme, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper............yum. Also good made that way and tossed with slices of kielbasa.
Steamed buttered, or plain ......not so much.

Peace in the middle east They will beg us to stop . I've seen you eat cold, congealed MRE 'beef stew' with a stick. Cold, sticky Spaghettios from a can. I've seen you draw the slime off of a can of viennas like a vampire. But you dis, hot, buttered, sautee'd brussels sprouts???. 😄😄 Youe fulla shït, I bet you eat b sprouts like a champ out of hot medley.

The ass hole of vegetables Fugging nasty things
Agree or disagree? Nasty beyond description. I'd rather dig up tree roots with my fingernails and eat em. Yup, nasty is right! Brusselsprouts are nasty little balls of evil!
The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me.

I think that like other members of the cabbage family, you just have to know how to cook them. Badly cooked, or after they've been frozen and thawed, they aren't much chop, but when they are done right I like them. Lightly steamed, with a little butter, or grilled, or roasted. I like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kohl rabi, turnips and kale too.
