Homemade ham and cabbage soup.
If you put Taco Bell sauce in your ramen noodles it tastes just like poverty

Chicken / cheddar quesadillas tonight. Maybe some pico if there's a tomato hanging out somewhere. Hmmmmmm,.... Flour tortillas failed to get crispy / crunchy the way I like so rolled the whole mess into soft tacos. No 'maters so no pico. Epic fail ? Nah, just squirted some IGA Louisiana hot sauce on everything and washed it all down with ice cold milk. IGA Louisiana hot sauce is Jim Dandy good !!!! Full flavored. Surprised coming from a store brand !!

Bacon wrapped axis steaks, brussell sprouts, scalloped potatoes.
It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

Warmed up so I spatchcocked a chicken on the grill. Smoked via a couple sardine cans of mesquite.
I’d post a pic but imgur ain’t cooperating for me. Got it.

Tonight was linguine with white wine clam sauce. Pretty much took bits from a couple recipes. It was a hit. Will do this again.

who doesn't love a good spatchcocking from time to time. Ain't that the truth. Problem is finding an old school gal that really knows how to do it correctly. Sometimes it's best to just do your own spatchcocking if you want it done right.

Sometimes it's best to just do your own spatchcocking if you want it done right. I spatched the cock myself after raising and killing it my own damn self. Stir fried some of the left over bird tonight. Bastids are big enough we get 3 meals plus soup out of them.

Good idea for our Friday Night meal Paul. Grilled or battered and what kind of fish?

Fresh walleye fillets from the weekend. Dredged in seasoned corn flour & AP flour mix, deep fried in grape seed oil ! Mixed grain tortillas, Avocado, Coleslaw & Deb's secret sauce. Good !
