Hmmmmmm,.... Flour tortillas failed to get crispy / crunchy the way I like so rolled the whole mess into soft tacos. No 'maters so no pico.

Epic fail ? Nah, just squirted some IGA Louisiana hot sauce on everything and washed it all down with ice cold milk.

IGA Louisiana hot sauce is Jim Dandy good !!!!

Tonight was linguine with white wine clam sauce. Pretty much took bits from a couple recipes. It was a hit. Will do this again.
