According to the news outlet that first correctly published that Ruth Bader Ginsberg had lung cancer is now reporting she has contracted pneumonia and is fighting for her life! I don't know. I do know, it is past time for her to retire! I'm a chemo nurse with a lot of experience with lung cancer. If they cut it out, but did no other coincidental treatment, it was determined that her health was too frail to stand it. They never just cut out a few nodules without at least scheduling radiation or supplemental chemo to ensure they got it all. Cancerous tumors may look like they have well defined borders, but there are microscopic tendrils that spread out throughout surrounding tissues and must be killed off through supplemental treatment. That they didn't do this is telling.
She's toast. The good news is, it's not a painful way to go... Yep. Even two nodules means its already spread. Dad had a pretty rough time when the tumor grew and cut off his airway.

I just wish she would have retired. I hate to see someone suffer. I can understand not wanting someone of a different political view to appoint you successor.
She didn't want oboma to appoint her successor so she must really be pissed that Trump will do it. Whoa, Hold on there Baba Looey! Tain't no Supreme Court Justices or any other Federal judges that have "Political Views". They are all A-Political, just ask that POS Chief Justice Roberts. No such thing as an Obama Judge or a Clinton judge or even a Trump judge, just honest A-Political Justices and Judges.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

While I am certainly no admirer I do not wish suffering on anyone, not even RBG. She will answer to a court higher than SCOTUS for her sins. Little did he know she gave the ok for his.....

We have until around Sept. 1 or so for her to kick off, if Trump is to get to nominate #3 & get that person confirmed. But given the RINO's in the Senate makeup, it's anything but a sure bet he'd even get 51 votes. MM

That was my point, but I think they have to get the nominee conformed by Jan/ 1, 2020.................I don't think they would get a nomination after that date.
Actually, I think they need to have it all totally done by the end of this year, hence the Sept.1 date for RBG vacating, one way or another.
