Sometimes i can still shoot pretty good. It's like fallin' off a bike, ya just get back up and try a little harder. I used to shoot a lot of Trap, I was taught some of it by a former champ but I quit shooting it for awhile due to medical rwasons and after 15 years of not shooting it I tried a little last year, after about 20 shots I was connecting pretty good, no where near as good as I was but I ain't practice shooting 200 rounds a week either.
