NFL offciating in New York shoulda stepped in and ruled on that big time. No matter if it made the refs on the ground look any worse or not. They had to have a discussion on what to do or not do in New York about that.
There's no review possible on a routine penalty call, or no call.
I think the only exception is a review of a hit for targeting or not.
I really wish that all sports would get rid of any kind of instant replay..............all the dissection of half the plays in the game has ruined most sports.
Make the calls on the field & let them stand; a few will be wrong or missed but in the end, they will all even out.
Sort out the bad refs if it comes to that.
Football has become almost unwatchable to see every pass play parsed into all it's elements.

This is a very legitimate point. The elimination of instant replay - especially on the television broadcast would help - see it once, live, and move on.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.
Happily Trapped In the Past (Thanks, Joe)
Not only a less than minimally educated person, but stupid and out of touch as well.
2003 Fiesta Bowl Hurricanes vs Buckeyes........ bogus pass interference penalty against Miami cost them the title; DB played perfect defense. Had he made contact, the ball had been tipped at the line of scrimmage by a defensive player, at that point there’s no such thing as pass interference anyway. My vote for one of the worst calls of all-time!!!
Bama penn state 1983. Psu wins 34-28. I love penn state, psu fans are nothing but classy fans who love their blue&white. Hate every terrible thing that Sandusky&others caused. We were robbed that October day. Far as officials&officiating try it it's not as easy in real life as on TV. Oh for all the haters who enjoyed Clemson over my Tide seen our 2019 schedule? Ron Ben Israel couldna made this many cupcakes look for Bama in the Cfp. God bless Nick Saban's.
Bangflop! another skinning job due to .260 and proper shot placement.
South Carolina goes for it on fourth down and makes the line to gain. Ball is spotted past the line to gain. Ref rules that ball did NOT make line to gain and gives possession to Michigan, even though the ball is sitting on the ground completely past the marker, which is less than a foot away. There was no judgement call, no bang-bang play, no question of angles, all the official had to do was look down at the ball to see that it was past the line. But he refused, even with the SC sideline begging him to do so.
Justice was served in the end, as SC got the ball back on the next play on the famous Clowney hit.
I'm with Jaguartz from page 2 and MadMooner on this one, but then I'm a trifle bit predigest. Seems to me that it was the call that canned the fill in refs and brought the official refs back from the bargaining table.
My other auto is a .45
