Gym for me today, mostly upper body but worked in some RDLs and tweaked the hamstring again. Gonna have to lay off those for a while.

Assault treadmill: 35minutes

Tried a little of mtwarden's 10-9-8-7, etc routine with BP, Seated rows and Squats.
25pounds under body weight with the plates and 2 sets. Good workout and I can up the weight some next time and add a set. Sure is nice to hit 5 on the way down.

Off for a few days, so don't any of you hurt yourselves....

Back,(lat pulldowns, Heavy cable Rows, Dumb bell rows, Farmer Walks, Deadlifts)

5 cycles of 50 reps of Kettlebell swings(Russian) 32Kg and 5 cycles of 2 m at 240 watt average resistance at 10.

20 minutes of bike.

8 miles on the trails for Tiny E and I; a mile more than yesterday, but I picked a more popular route and the trails were packed pretty well- much easier getting around!

Cardio on the stationary bike for me yesterday. Was kind of washed out, Friday was tough, had to put down our dog Toby, got him as a pup almost 13 years ago. He had a good run.
