Argentine Blackbuck. Cagey suckers when they've been pressured. Bitterroot Mountains. Montana wolf from the first modern season in 2009. One of the first legally killed in the state since the 70s.

I know this is a repeat, but these fish are just way too neat. Golden trout from Wyoming's Wind Rivers. I believe this lake was around 11,000 feet. Grade A steak.

More of the Bitterroot. Wyoming late cow hunt. Possibly the funnest, lowest stress thing a guy can do. Talkeetna River bottom. Long story here...but damn this was a challenge. No, I didn't loose a bet.

The Middle Fork...don't even get me started. I frequented that drainage back in my teen years, so my pictures of it are all 35mm. Lots of horseback trips.
The Bighorn Crags are about as rough as mountains get, anywhere...and I have seen all the world's biggest ranges, in all four hemispheres. They may not be as big, but they're every bit as rough...

Bass Creek drainage in the Bitterroot. Burnt Fork drainage in the Sapphires. Bitterroots in the background. Wind River Mountains lunch. I know this is a repeat, but here's a North Fork of Fish Creek shiras bull. West of Missoula.

I know this is a repeat, but here's a North Fork of Fish Creek shiras bull. West of Missoula. Is that the 90 side or the HWY 12 side? Nice Bull, my buddies brother got a nice one a couple years ago behind my place.

T have you been in the High Tatras? My favorite Mountain Range in the world. Negative. Been to the French and Swiss Alps, but not Poland or Slovakia. That moose was between Highway 12 and the interstate, but much closer to the interstate.
