I have yet to find an inline muzzleloader that didn't shoot 100gr of powder and a 300gr knight/Barnes sabot very well. Seen that combo work with pyrodex, two different pellets, APP and BH209. If I was in your shoes start with BH209 and don't mess with anything else. I think it is the best substitute out there by a long shot.
