I have one of the early models with 18-1/2" barrel. A perfect woods rifle. Mine shoots under an inch with its favorite load or Remington factory ammo. If I needed one I would buy this one.

All three of my kids killed their first deer and elk with this rifle in the youth stock. Great young hunter rifle or light weight sneek and peek rifle for a stealth hunter.
