I been using the140gr since the early 90's, probably 91-92. It has been my go to bullet since then. Never even considered another. I loaded them up, they shot 1.12 the first time out and decided not to start chasing my tail and come back to the same bullet. I've probably killed 50+ deer w/them and have never lost a deer but I did however miss one dandy...no I don't know what happened but I can assure you it wasn't the gun. The last deer I killed in s.Texas was a nice full bodied 10 point that was facing almost straight away but finally did turn slightly just enough for me to squeeze a shot in behind the last rib. It went forward slicing the lungs and the top of the heart. Fell in his tracks. Shooting a 7x57Ackley at about 3,000+ fps. It has been a wonderful match of bullet/gun. powdr
