Any gen any more accurate than the other? Which gen would you recommend?

I don't think they intend to make it in Gen 5, so 4. I've got a Gen 4 Model 30 and love it. 100% reliable, and very shootable.

I've got a Gen4, no complaints, typical Glock.
But if it is for concealed carry you should look at the G30S (I believe it is called) G30 grip frame and the G36 Slide... a little slimmer, an probably a touch lighter.

The 30S is actually 4oz (1/4lb) lighter. The skinnier slide makes a difference. I didn't believe it when I first read it so I stripped two down at work and weighed them on a postage scale.

I have a 30S. Great for carry. The barrel is also different from the standard 30 as it will fit a 30 slide, but a 30 barrel will not fit a 30S.

I believe it has a 36 barrel, it's a 36 slide.

Thanks years ago the 30 was touted as glocks more accurate models. Looking forward to a gen 4 30
