They have algorithms that normally would have blocked this, they didn't block it, they allowed it. The shooting which had to be made public, was part of the Deep State agenda which is to Ban semi-automatic weapons, high cap mags and internet sites, leading to full censorship.
So, yes according to X22, Q knew about the shooting and why it was going to happen. Yet he allowed it to happen, just as FB did.
