Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Lamb is on the menu apparently. We slaughtered ours a few weeks ago, so Sunday was braised lamb shoulder, carrots and potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and a nice cabernet. I think a low and slow lamb shoulder is my favorite cut. I like them all, but that tough shoulder gives off some great flavors when cooked all day.

Chinese food from WEN-WA, which has ZERO "atmosphere" but GREAT food at CHEAP prices.

Good lord help me. All is ok though. I grilled some fine pork chops tonight and told the wife to do the veges. She did butternut squash which for me is just ok, carrots which I love and mashed taters. Well the taters turned out to be mashed cauliflower that looked like taters. They actually weren't too bad.

Got a mega-pack of chicker thighs at Costco laxt weekend. Thawed one (turned out to have 3 thighs) and put it in a salt/sugar brine cor about 3 hours. Grilled with 2 sardine cans of mesquite smoking. Was outfuckingstanding!
Salad on the side.

Last night was roast beef in brown gravy, taters, carrots, green beans, rolls and ice cold milk.
Outstanding but would have been off the charts if I had bought the nice apple crumb pie I saw @ our little store..
Tonight. Pollock fillets rolled in seasoned corn meal, red taters and cole slaw. Ice cold milk.
