I made that baked cube steak Denny posted a while back.

I had extra gravy because I only used two steaks so I made some noodles to go with.

For being so simple that's a dam good meal.

It did Denny.....I'll definitely have it again.

They weren't lying when they said you can cut it with a fork.

Add 3 drops of this elixir to the recipe and you'll be in the fast lane to heaven.

Kind of an Asian buffet here in Costa Rica. Pretty good with really well prepared Miso soup that was a staple for breakfast when I worked/lived in the Middle East.

I made a batch of Boudin yesterday so tonight it's Boudin dipped in cracker crumbs and fried with some Okra and Stewed Tomato's on the side.

I didn't stuff the Boudin in casings this time because I've decided I like it breaded and fried best.

Today I made some Hunter Sausage.

I'd never made it before but the recipe called for Bacon and Beer so I had to try some.

Braised beef ribs or whats left of them and a piece of pork shoulder.

Last left over home made tortilla. Switched to white bread, holds juices better.
