Yep, Gary Stewart was the king of Honky Tonk - saw him a few times (used to plat the Stagecoach in Stamford quite a bit). I love George Strait, but George ain’t honky tonk by a long shot. Johnny Bush is good too.

Never Did. But the Stagecoach was only 20 miles from the Ranch.

There is a Stagecoach Ballroom in Fort Worth. Suppose to be the longest continually ran family dancehall in Texas. Went to see Eddy Raven in January.
