Had to say "by the tanker" sorta tongue in cheek because I enjoy her products so much.

Current favorite.

Tonight will be pot roast done in my pressure cooker. A little late in the day to start but I'll be up most of the night drooling on my tee shirt watching the tube. grin

I experimented with the man bun but I had to grow one on each side of my head because that's the only place there's any hair so I gave up on that idea and targeted the pinto.bean instead.

Awesome pot roast. Possibly best ever.

Seared golf ball sized chunks of chuck dredged in flour in OO in the CI skillet followed by braising in a mire poix liquid neither of which I had done before. Threw it all into the PC.

Tongue tender as well as almost a quart of fabulous gravy.

I done good. wink grin

I got kinda drunk and over cooked everything tonight.

Thankfully everyone else was kinda drunk too. Served to dull the horror of the food a bit.

Found it when we were in Belize where it's made quite awhile ago, Greg. Not commonly found on shelves but the internet is changing that. GREAT stuff.
