Three most useless things to a pilot are: 1. The altitude above you 2. The runway behind you 3. The fuel on the ground

Nice package deal at a very good price. I just bought one. Paid more & got less. I could use the reloading package if buyer just wants a carbine.

I used to have the self loaders in .401SL, 351SL, 35 SL, 32 SL, and 22 "auto". The 22 auto was a proprietary round made expressly for the self loader with cleaner burning powder to avoid fouling.
But alas, I went through a divorce and downsizing and I sold the collection. They are interesting, blow back autos that pre-dated Remington's far superior (in my view) Model 8 by about two years. The 351 was the best of the lot although none of the cartridges could compete with the Remington offerings of the era - 35 Remington, 32 Remington and 30 Remington.
This is a good price for the package. I seldom see the SLs for sale.
