squeeze, Mueller may not have brought charges, but Congress can impeach and convict even if no law was broken. Obstruction would be fine grounds for impeachment and conviction with or w/o criminal proceedings. Please do. 1) The senate won't convict. 2) It guarantees the 2nd term. And probably Pence's following 2 terms. Have a great day!  Congress can impeach for just about anything, witness the Andrew Johnson Impeachment which was questionable and the clinton one where there was solid evidence of a crime. In the Trump case, you simply cannot have obstruction if you know you are innocent AND there was no underlying crime (which there wasn't according the the likes of Dershowitz and Turley). So even if the impeach, it won't go anywhere in the Senate. And I believe the democrat congress will in an attempt to corrupt the 2020 elections.[b] That said, once the truth comes out about the democrats and their crimes in attempting a coup, it will backfire BIG TIME This is something I am a little confused with, the truth coming out, that is. What exactly does "comes out mean"? The truth is there, it has been reported and exposed by numerous outlets, from Fox news, to Social Media, to written and online articles, to The Fire, we all know the truth, it has been out for a long time. Only thing left to report, or come out are the finer details of the operation and the coup. We all know who was involved, we know what they did, we know who paid for it, we know what foreign powers were involved, we know when it started, and we even know why it was started. What is left to "come out" to enlighten?

Barr testified before Congress on April 10th that he was not aware of any concerns on the part of Special Counsel regarding his handling of the report and his four page summary. He should be impeached, as should Trump. Specifically, Barr said that Mueller's decision not to indict Trump was independent of the OLC policy, Mueller specifically states that OLC policy was the cornerstone of his decision.
