Guys, im thinking Mueller tried to set Barr up by not making a written conclusion in his report and forcing Barr to make the decision so Mueller could later disagree with Barrs finding in order to drum up sentiment against Barr.
This would be due to the commies dire need to derail the comming tsunami of indictments from current Grand Jury investigations.

I'm seriously having the time of my life. For the first time in a very long time I feel like we are winning. And winning bigly. The whole thing is about to bust wide open and we're going to be high fiveing and throwing schadenfreude parties rejoicing in liberal tears flowing after some long awaited justice. I don't know what is going to happen, when, or to whom, but that's just because I trust the plan. Right now it's kinda like I'm at the theater watching a movie I've seen the trailer to but don't know more than that. This is my kind of movie...espionage, murder, intrigue, white hats and black hats, killer unexpected twists, occasional belly laughs as the protagonist taunts the bad guys and, in the end, the sometimes offensive brazen protagonist wins, gets the gorgeous babe by the pussy, and makes America great again. Continuous failed predictions seem to increase the frenzied, fanatical Q loyalty. Q has been wrong so often that Qubers now say the failures are part of the plan. Those that have see the statistical improbability of that many coincidences between POTUS' tweets and Q's posts. YMMV The coming weeks and months will provide further evidence of the reality of Q. We don't care so much when things happen due to fluctuations in a complex strategy. Dates are unimportant. Events, however, are. There's plenty of evidence if you even halfway try to find it.
