I pounded a split boneless chicken breast thin and cut into two, stuffed each with basil pesto and a spear of Gouda cheese, rolled them tight and rolled them again in olive oil then onto a seasoned (garlic, Parmesan, parsley) plate of breadcrumbs. In the oven at 375 for 20 minutes rolled half way through. Combined with my wife's salad of cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, artichoke hearts and goat cheese tossed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Quick and tasty.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Nice shrimp bowl, Paul. Thanks for sharing. Good shrimp is just not available here as it has no flavor even after trying to explain to the wholesaler . Order on Monday pick up on Thursday . I can get more flavor out of a slice of white bread. They're darn proud of their hot dogs tho'.

Yeah, it's pretty much the same here. I grew up, eating fresh prawns straight off the boat, in Australia !  I try to beat the no flavour thing, by adding spices & seasonings. Kinda works, sometimes Meh !

Ha!! really had my heart set on fresh as the wholesaler has been in business for over 100 yrs. but that's WV for ya, Gonna go to WM and blow my whole wad (very small wad ) on schwimp. Can't wait. I'mma happy boy !

Smoked ham shanks, roasted red taters, garlic green beans washed down with ice cold milk.
Found a jug of apple pie 'shine that had slipped to the back of the fridge.
