Pulled pork & slaw for me and muttly on the Pit Barrel Cooker.
Will break the butt down to 3 or 4 chunks and smoke just one hunk as a whole butt is waaaayy too much .
Still learning the ropes and playing with the draft So Denny, when did you buy the bbq micro wave?

I called and asked the wife what we doing for M- weekend foods ......brats....thats it ? ?... Come on !! .....9 meals of brats comming up i sayzz ! Tomorrow is a full day deal for us visiting the cemeteries which are a mere 100 mikes between them. I figure we'll have garlic parm chicken wings when we get home. Sunday night we're going out for our birthdays, so I'm thinking Monday night we let the big dogs run with a dry aged rib-eye. Mike

Picked up a couple of slabs of babybacks at the grocery. Will smoke them Monday. Was going to do a chicken, but had a chicken yesterday from a local BBQ place, so that's got the chicken urge took care of.

Lunch Today is a Salmon BLT with avocado slices on the side.
Dinner Today is a Low Country Boil with Homemade smoked sausage , pink gulf shrimp, corn and red potatoes
Sunday Lunch is a blackened shrimp Po boy
Sunday Dinner is Chicken n Andouille Gumbo
Monday brunch is Eggs Sausage and avocado
Monday Dinner is Pork Spare ribs , pintos and sliced tomatoes.
Im off the rails a bit on my normal diet.

I do that as well, k-dub. How many racks and what flavor? Just three racks. ( pic later). One for daughter and SIL. One for old childhood bud that isn’t fairing well and then I’ll splt a rack and take them to wifey in assisted living. St. Louis style pork ribs!
