Can´t deny its a boring sport.. but, yet another blowhard "patriot" that believes the US flag belongs to the US Military.
People that go into the services have NO right to expect thanks and gratitude..
They did so, to allow others to do whatever they want to do with their own FREE lives.
Most people do express thanks and gratitude.. however it really bothers me when people act like they deserve it.
The US in the last 40 years:
Socialism for big corporations and military industrial complex
&
Rugged individualism for the individual.

Northman go create a vacuum on another Bratwurst! The NFL has no money from me and won't get any. I won't buy from advertisers I am aware of. But it is hard to know who they are when you don't watch any NFL football on TV. I know they won't go broke from losing my purchases but they might if enough of us get into the mode. The only problem I have with the Col.'s letter is his misapplication of the 1st Amendment (freedom of speech) Yes, I know, it’s their 1st Amendment right to behave in such a despicable manner. What would happen if they came out and disrespected you or the refs publicly? . . . isn’t it his 1st Amendment right to express himself like an idiot in the end zone? The 1st Amendment applies only to the federal government infringement, not to owners and commissioners of the NFL. They have their 1st Amendment rights and I have mine not to watch.
