Somehow, in his mind, this "free college" makes up for that.

45 million X 3, that's a fair amount of votes, even a small percentage of that number could turn an election.

Every president has swayed voters with promises of things that never materialize. They don't even need a plan to make it happen they just have to sell the idea.

These tactic have always been successfully used by ALL to win elections. No administration is innocent of it.

There's no good reason why we can't take the student loan money out of social security , we can accept $500 less per month from our SS for the betterment of our youth ? .
Lets tighten our belt in a notch or two and help the youth get a good start in life .
