reminds me of being young and using pliers and bic lighters to warm up quarters that were then tossed out the window toward bums panhandling.
we'd laugh at the ensuing " juggling ".
Horrible kids that we were.

13th. and Broadway is prime panhandling territory. I'll bet there are a dozen bums fighting for his turf by now. A local TV reporter in Nashville followed two guys who were tag-teaming a nearby intersection when they shut up shop for the night. They went to a convenience store, bought two six packs of beer, walked two blocks and climbed into a relatively late model car. He followed them to their apartment and confronted them about their begging. "People are suckers!" was the reply he got before getting the door slammed in his face!

Stupid tweaker stepped out in front of my truck yesterday. I was in a work zone and going 15mph or she'd have been flattened. Scared the hell out of her for all of 2 seconds then she stepped on in to the next lane and almost got hit again. They need to open a season on meth addicts

If you work 40 hrs/wk: at 5% inflation and after 5 years, you need a 28% pay raise or to work 44 more hours (*one full extra week* per month+) to make up the difference.

I just came through that intersection 20 mins ago. There's usually a two-man bum team there sitting on 5 gallon buckets. One guy always has nato woodland BDUs on and a jed clampet beard. Wonder if it was him. Only action tonight was a pod of size 12/14 blonde plumpers in tight skirts and fatbaby Ariats in front of the Beaman.

There are laws/rules in place to try and stop panhandling here in the FL. panhandle but doogooders insist on supplying the bums beer/cigrit/weed money .
