Seriously...all this "go see a doctor" crap is just that: CRAP.

Folks these days have no idea how modern food production and processing, not to mention the kinds of foods consumed, is creating all kinds of health problems.

Yeah, eat all the carbs and sugar up, just like the producers and marketers want you to do. Then when the bill comes due and you're in pain you can do the same favor for big medicine.

Talk about gettin USED!

I am 82 this month. I have almost no pain anywhere. I eat very little bread. 20 years ago I started to get arthritis and I rubbed caster oil on all the joints that was hurting for about a month and the pain all stopped and the arthritis went away and never came back. I have one thumb and both little fingers that are a little crooked but no pain and they work fine you have to rub the oil in until you can feel it getting warm it is like a miracle... try it....

As you age so does your knee padding. A pillow is the answer, or Motrin. But, you don’t wanna be a pill popper.

I am a side sleeper and it requires a pillow. Really came to light after my knee replacement. If you don’t want to use a pillow you will have to stagger your leg placement so your knees aren’t stacked. Only thing that works for me.

I have a wedge pillow for when I need to sleep in my back. I have to put a small pillow in the small to keep my posture right. This was for acid reflux. Sleeping in a recliner is even worse
Some if my best sleep has been done at Sunday meeting listening to a monotone drone on. Bet none if you guys ever fall asleep at church huh

Whelen, where do your knees hurt exactly? Do they hurt to the touch or deep down in the joint? Mine would hurt at night too and found out I had a meniscus problem. That was a few years ago before I had them replaced.

Yeah no doubt

Face against the steering wheel in the driveway till my forehead finally hit the horn button.

Try to get in the house and crash before the old man came thru on his way to PT at 5am. Haha
