Pappy, load it with 185gr bullets and have at it! Remember, you can always load them down, but not up :-)

Yes, it has a decorative floorplate, but that attaches to the detachable magazine.

Maybe I'll put it up on Guns Intl for $1,150 and see what happens. Not many made in 338.

Maybe I'll put it up on Guns Intl for $1,150 and see what happens. Not many made in 338. I saw one that is not in the same league as yours (300 win mag) going for 1375 . He had 2 others that were 950 and 1100. The 950 one looked like it had been drug thru a rock quarry

Don't hesitate buying from Biebs! The man has top shelf equipment! He sells magical rifles  ....I shot an incredible 6x6 and a beautiful 8point in one season with the last .338 I bought from Biebs! If I didn't have That .338...I would've bought this rifle in a heartbeat!
