Congratulations! I completely quit drinking beer about 2 months ago and changed my diet. Losing a bunch of weight and having to punch more holes in my belt. Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration 👍

Great. Can you eat pinto beans and cornbread? Beans yes,bread no. I cut up a red onion in mine. I would not however eat beans until I was close to my weight loss goals. In the beginning anyone as heavy as me needs to avoid carbs if they want these results.
