The few Trigger Techs I’ve used have been outstanding.
The Diamond is probably the best trigger I’ve ever felt.

I'm intrigued with the Trigger tech products... for those that may have used them....do you to go all the way up to the Diamond model for the Trigger Tech's to separate themselves from the pack of competitors?

I have 2 of the primary triggers on my hunting rifles, they have both been perfect, really like the trigger shoe especially - just right as far as feel IMHO.

For those running the Trigger Tech's did you have to adjust your normal poundage of pull up or down? I have (2) Calvin Elite triggers and the rest are older walker style 700 factory triggers adjusted. I typically set mine at 2 1/4 to 2.5 lbs of pull....all on hunting rifles

I like all my rifles to be roughly the same pull weight. The TT can feel slightly lighter because of the smoothness of the break.

been using the TT Primary the last couple of months, at the range. was surprised by how long the range of adj. was. but i finely got it down to 2.5lbs. on the flat trigger... edges were aliitle to sharp for me. i "fixed" it.

I have Jewell, Timney, Shilen, Rifle Basix and Trigger Tech. I won't buy anything else going forward except Trigger Tech.

All the TT triggers I've used have felt incredible. The main difference between the different lines is the pull weight range.

as someone who has only ever used re-worked remington/walker triggers and been very happy with them, what is the incremental benefit of a TT or other aftermarket trigger?

Who has used a Bix'N Andy 700 trigger? Always had my eye on one till I saw 2 failures this year. One had right at 300 rounds on.... the other exactly 32. Both guys went back to TTs.

I put a Jewel on the defiance to be fancy. I put a Timney on any of my 11 Rem 700 rifles, as soon as I start working on them.

Once you try a TriggerTech trigger, you will understand.. Agreed..... TTs sear engagement design sets it apart from the rest. The concept may be being used in others that I’m overlooking, but nothing comes close to the consistentcy and break of the Diamond IMO. Not Tubbs, not Hubers, not Jewells, not Calvin Elites or B&As.

I pulled the barrel off tonight, of an old Rem700 243. Remembering your post ...you got me to look at the website, look at the youtube and order one. https://triggertech.com/pages/how-it-workshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLlXKBGoBc4What will I do with all those Timney triggers still in the package? I will go to my brother's house and replace his Rem 700 triggers with Timney triggers for safety.

Actually, the guy on the phone at Defiance Machine, when I ordered an action a year ago, suggested Trigger Tech. I thought he was just helping his buddies and ordered a Jewell.
So it was Defiance in 2018 + Redneck in 2019 that triggered the persuasion to look deeper.

All the TT triggers I've used have felt incredible. The main difference between the different lines is the pull weight range. Before I ordered my first TT, I quizzed them via direct message asking about the differences between Primary, Special & Diamond. Jordan's comments here pretty well align with what I understood from them.Pretty much the difference is pull weight. I have a couple of Timney triggers, and they are great, The TT's I have are just.....better, and I only have the primary's. I have shot a Bergara with the Special and honestly couldn't tell the difference compared to the Primary.

Ok, you guys have convinced me to upgrade the tuned trigger in my Rem 25-06 Classic, so I ordered a TT Special (the limited run Independence Edition). Got a nice deal at $140 shipped. If it's close to the Jewell I have on my 7-08, I'll be happy.

I have used 3 of the Trigger Techs at this point. Can't find any reason to look at another brand so far. I think you'll like em. they adjust easy!

Were they Tacsports or their Target line? I have a TT on a Mesa and it is a nice trigger but not a whole lot more then a Timney in feel .

I've been using multiple 2-stage B&A for a few years now and between those and the Geissele super 700, they're at the top of my list. I've sent Calvin Elites, Jewells, etc. down the road since buying my first Bix. The TT primary is nice but I actually prefer the older Timney 510 or the tuned up Walker I have. If I were searching for a great single stage now, I'd agree the TT Diamond is where its at. The one I used was outstanding.
