Read up on the difference between fast twitch and slow twitch muscles. She has about the highest concentration of fast twitch that I've ever seen.
On the average, blacks tend to have more fast twitch muscle fibers than whites. That makes them quicker with more explosive power - like her. However, they burn out faster and aren't as good at sports that require more endurance. Blacks excel at sports like football that require explosive power but they get to rest between plays. Whites, with their larger numbers of slow twitch, are better at endurance sports like soccer where they never quit running.
