Not that simple. He could be asked to resign, if he refuses then he will have to be impeached. That takes a majority house vote first, think that will happen. If the house votes to impeach, then on to the Senate for trial and a 2/3 majority vote is required for conviction. Think that will happen? Nope, the only way he will be removed short of death, is to resign, or retire on his own. If he is under the Deep State Thumb, there is no way he will be allowed to resign.
