For Portland to change, leadership needs to change. Mayor, police chief, and the governor queen all need to go. We have to remember there are VERY FEW people at the top setting policy for entire governments here. Change them out, then the replacements have the unsavory job of flushing the rest of the turds down the toilet, once they take office. Just like we need Trump to do.
